Phase 3: Strategies 4 Success

Once the Industry Profile and Economic Impact Assessment have been completed, Nordicity will develop a series of “Strategies 4 Success” to stimulate growth in the Manitoba new media industry.

Strategies will be bold, specific and actionable.

The Strategies 4 Success will be developed out of a SWOT analysis derived from your input into the online survey, interviews, Interactive Forum Corkboard and discussion and commentary on social media platforms using the #NMMcensus hashtag. As such, you will have direct input into the strategies that will help to grow Manitoba’s new media industry for years to come.

The strategies and recommendations will range from general to specific in nature, and be targeted towards identifiable industry stakeholders including Government (federal, provincial and municipal), New Media Manitoba, educational institutions (Universities, colleges and primary and secondary educational institutions) and industry itself.
