Looking for a developer

I have a client who is looking for a custom template to demo his online software. It isn't tied to a CMS in any way. He tells me it is a .net application (of which I have zero knowledge of). Essentially, I'd provide the design and contract a dev to build the template, and write the CSS.
If this sounds interesting to any freelance devs out there, please drop me aline or leave a comment. I will happily fill in the missing pieces.
