New Media Manitoba is an Apple Authorized Training Centre (AATC). The AATC Program provides superior training to Apple customers, from novice users to seasoned professionals.

AATCs deliver Apple's official curriculum on Apple hardware, Mac OS X, pro applications and other key Apple technologies. The comprehensive curriculum addresses a broad range of technical proficiencies whether you're a first-time Mac user, an IT or creative professional, or a service technician. The courses are delivered by Apple Certified Trainers who maintain Apple's highest quality standards.

Apple Exam Day

If you believe that you already have the necessary knowledge to challenge any Apple Certification exam, you can register for an Exam Day without taking a course.

Aperture 101

Starts with the basics of image management and takes students step-by-step through Aperture's powerful photo editing, image retouching, proofing, publishing, and archiving features.

Final Cut Pro X 101

Final Cut Pro X is a revolutionary video editing application that makes it possible for beginners and seasoned professionals to achieve stunning results. This three-day, hands-on course teaches students to perform basic editing functions while becoming familiar with the user interface. Start with basic video editing techniques and work all the way through Final Cut Pro's powerful advanced features. Students work with dramatic real-world media to learn the practical techniques used daily in editing projects.

Logic 101

Introduces students to the primary feature set and basic user interface of Logic Express and Logic Pro.

Lion 201 OS X Server Essentials 10.7

OS X Server Essentials is a three-day, hands-on course designed to give technical coordinators and entry-level system administrators the skills, tools, and knowledge to implement and maintain a network that uses OS X Server. Students learn how to install and configure OS X Server to provide network-based services, such as file sharing, web and wikis. Tools for efficiently managing and deploying OS X are also covered. The course is a combination of lectures and hands-on case study exercises that provide practical real-world experience. (3 days) 9:00am - 5:50pm

Snow Leopard 101

Provides an intensive and in-depth exploration of troubleshooting on Mac OS X, touring the breadth of functionality of Mac OS X systems.
