Ruby on Rails: 5-day Hands-on Training

Many have asked us for this and it's long overdue: we're thrilled to finally present our Ruby on Rails 5-day Boot Camp! This event will run from 9:30 am - 5 pm from Monday, June 14, to Friday, June 18, 2010. Registration is $1,495 for the entire week and includes all course materials as well as access to our Pro workstations at 1000 Waverley Street. Just show up and we'll take care of you. :)

We've hosted smaller RoR training events in the past, and each time we get feedback saying that folks REALLY want to learn more. We figured the best way to immerse you into this amazing language and have you coming out "Railed" is through a 5 day hands-on boot camp.

Our trainer Amir Barylko has taught all over the world. He started his career in 1994 working for IBM as a senior developer while he was finishing his Masters degree in Computer Science. Since then he has worked as a team leader and architect for the past 15 years. Amir is a master of C++, Java and C#, but his real passion is for Ruby on Rails. Since discovering Ruby he's been an advocate of web development using Rails and has implemented many applications with it.

Amir is a rare combination of high technical skills, vast experience in a wide range of platforms, exceptional presentation skills, and a great sense of humor. His presentations are always rich in content and fun to attend!
