A Week at MacWorld 2009

This is the time of year Ian McCausland and I head to MacWorld Expo in San Francisco to record the developers and business folk that cook some of the most influential new media applications around.

On Tuesday, January 27, 2009, we are bringing the MacWorld bacon home when we deliver our very own Manitoba MacWorld Expo!

All this week we are interviewing software and hardware companies at the Expo to feature on January 27.  If you’ve got an appetite for Apple, you don’t have to wait to get your fix either!

NewMediaManitoba.tv has a whole buffet of demos you can view from our last trip in 2008. These videos feature the companies that made the biggest impression on us (or just the ones we thought were cool).

We’re also posting teasers all this week of footage from this year’s MacWorld Expo 2009. You’ll want to check newmediamanitoba.tv daily for these tasty nuggets of timely info.

Finally, if you’re looking to get your hands on some of the swag we’re showcasing, you’ll want to mark your calendar for the evening of January 27. We’ll be debuting the Expo interviews in their entirety and giving away all sorts of software from the show floor. It’s gonna be Christmas all over again.

On a final note, If there are any companies at MacWorld you’d like us to talk to, send us an email. We’ll try and squeeze them into our schedule as we’re combing the Expo floor trawling for fresh goodies.
