For years, Natalie Bell has been building spaces online and in organizations, across Winnipeg, where people connect through honesty, belonging, and shared experience.

As a content creator and HR consultant with years of community leadership behind her, she has watched resilience get celebrated in places where the real work is removing what made resilience necessary in the first place.

In this conversation, Natalie shares what it has actually taken to keep creating across seasons of real change, and why generosity, not grit, has carried her this far.

Natalie Bell is the creator behind PegCityLovely, a Winnipeg-based lifestyle brand built on real conversations, positive energy, and the everyday moments that pull people in. Across Instagram, her blog, and YouTube, she covers wellness, travel, food, and life with the kind of honesty her community has come to count on.

She’s also President of the Congress of Black Women of Manitoba, a Certified Work-Life Strategist. She brings over two decades of human resources expertise to her consulting work through Natalie Bell Consulting. Her work has been recognized with the CPHR Manitoba Momentum Award, ACMP’s Community Service Award, one of the 100 Accomplished Black Canadian Women for 2026, and multiple RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Award nominations in the Ones to Watch category. Natalie is a proud RRC Polytech graduate.
