HR Interactive | The HR Playbook for AI Adoption That Lasts
Welcome to New Media Manitoba’s HR Interactive!
Join us to explore how organizations can confidently adopt AI while supporting their people.
===
In this session, you’ll learn how to help your HR team turn AI ideas into clear, repeatable workflows that are easy to use, share, and sustain across your organization.
It’s easy to have a great idea for using AI but it’s much harder to turn that idea into something your whole team can actually use, day after day.
In this hands-on session, designed for HR professionals, we’ll walk through how to take an AI use case from concept to implementation, and how to document it so it sticks: consistent across team members, easy to hand off, and built to last beyond any one person.
You’ll gain a practical understanding of how these workflows operate within a company, so you can better support, enable, and sustain their use across teams.
What We’ll Cover:
- Understanding Claude and using Projects, Artifacts, and Cowork to bring AI into real, everyday tasks
- Learning how markdown can capture your processes in a simple, shareable, future-proof format
- Turning an AI idea into a repeatable process your team can actually adopt
- Documenting the steps so others can pick up the work without losing context or quality (even if the creator leaves the office)
Key Takeaway:
After this session, HR professionals will leave with a clear understanding of how AI ideas are documented, shared, and used within a company; equipping you to help ensure they remain consistent, accessible, and sustainable as people and projects evolve.
This session is designed to help you feel empowered and ready to navigate the evolving HR environment with clarity and connection.
