Navigating Change and Innovation

March 26 from 11:45 am - 1:15 pm

Adapt, Innovate, or Be Disrupted.

Technology is evolving at an unprecedented pace, and for entrepreneurs, staying ahead means embracing change. Join Manitoba Women in Tech (MBWiTech) for an insightful conversation with Michelle Kuly, Principal & CEO of Blueprint Inc., as she shares her journey of navigating technology, entrepreneurship, and leadership in a rapidly shifting landscape.

Michelle recognized early on that AI wasn’t just another trend—it was a transformational force. Instead of resisting disruption, she leaned in, adapted, and found opportunities to solve challenges in ways she never imagined. Through this conversation, she will reflect on:
💡 Shifting your perspective on technology—seeing disruption as a catalyst for growth.
📌 Creating a culture of inclusion and flexibility—leading with determination and adaptability.
⚖️ Running hard but staying realistic—balancing ambition with self-awareness, knowing when to push and when to pivot.

Note: This event is open to all, regardless of gender or background. We encourage everyone interested in personal growth and happiness to join us.

Michelle Kuly, Principal & CEO, Blueprint | Co-Founder, Neralake
Michelle often jokes that she’s raising four children—two daughters and two businesses. For more than a decade, Michelle Kuly has been at the forefront of helping non-profit organizations navigate change. As the founder of Blueprint, she has built a consultancy known for turning complex challenges into clear, actionable strategies—ensuring that strategic planning drives real and lasting impact in communities.

In 2024, Michelle co-founded Neralake, an AI-powered planning platform built specifically for non-profits and small teams, set to launch in Fall 2025. Neralake simplifies strategic planning by combining technology with Blueprint’s proven facilitation methods, helping mission-driven teams create living and adaptable strategies. Designed to work the way small teams do—collaborative, flexible, and impact-driven—Neralake ensures organizations can spend less time planning and more time making a difference in their communities.

Michelle is a past Chair and Board Member of the Manitoba Chambers of Commerce, who initiated the 30-50 Challenge to ensure 30-50% of leadership roles go to women and equity-deserving groups. She remains committed to rethinking how organizations collaborate, ensuring they have the tools and strategies needed to build stronger, more resilient communities.
