Traction on Demand is one of North America’s largest Salesforce consulting and application development firms that continues to grow in Canada and is currently expanding locally into Winnipeg.

Michelle will share Traction’s journey in becoming BCorp certified, and how it has positively impacted their business.

Speaker Bio:
Michelle Malpass is the VP of Community at Traction on Demand. She began her social impact journey 10 years ago with the creation of Traction for Good, Traction’s community engagement program that has now woven itself into every corner of the business. She is the former Executive Director of the Take a Hike Foundation, and has held various positions in the non-profit sector and in fundraising consulting. She earned her BA in Communications and played varsity softball at SFU, and loves spending time in the outdoors adventuring with her three kids.
