Manitoba Start is recognized as Manitoba’s Foreign Credential Recognition (FCR) Centre of Excellence – a key resource for internationally trained professionals transitioning into the Canadian workforce.
Their role is to support you through this process—whether you’re aiming to re-enter your profession or explore new options, they’ll help you assess opportunities that align with your skills and goals.
Their team of certified Career Coaches, FCR Navigators, and Job Developers work directly with regulatory bodies, employers, and government agencies to streamline pathways to employment and improve credential recognition outcomes.
Through these strong partnerships, they help you understand the steps needed to have your qualifications.
Are you looking to integrate global talent into your business?
Manitoba Start’s Diversity and Intercultural Training Program provides customized diversity training for management and frontline staff to meet workplace needs and support organizations in building cultural competence.
Their diversity model called Developing Cultural Roadways, forms the foundation for our intercultural programming.
Through their model, participants are able to identify cultural clues then learn specific strategies to develop common roads when faced with cultural situations in the workplace.
